Training commences with the student gaining awareness and understanding of the use of muscle force, internal pressure and blood in the production of speed and power.
You will learn:
Free Movement training: This is introduced after approximately three months with strong focus on a variety of weapons. Women develop the ability to create spontaneous movements and responses. This is the first step towards gaining an increased awareness of their body and energies within, thus freeing up the body and more importantly the mind and paving the way for the development of the Invisible Master Concept. This training leads women to freely use many part of their body and ordinary items as weapons in multiple directions and respond naturally to all circumstances without any preconceived plan, thus developing an Automatic Mind.
Unlike men, women begin sensitivity and free flow partner exercises in the early stages of training. The training at this level develops an appreciation of the reality of techniques and power developed through their Free Movement practice. The whole body gradually becomes relaxed, supple and sensitive and develops the ability to regulate and conserve energy expenditure during training.
Muscle, Pressure, Blood, Energy and the Mind, are working in a synergistic and cohesive way. This method of training forms the basis of the Invisible Master Concept. It enables the student to gain a deeper insight into themselves and the functioning of where all power originates from in their body and thus the ability to utilise both speed and power in a multiplicity of ways.
