Clare Rainbow I have been training with Marko Vesse now for one year and it has far exceeded any expectations or preconceptions I had prior to commencing. I started training as a hobby and to gain skills in self-defence however the authenticity, practicality but creativeness of the style make it very unique. The one on one training sessions mean that Marko works independently on my skills and tailors my training to meet my strengths. As I tone my own strengths I have found my own style of movement and my general energy and concentration levels have increased, along with my fitness and confidence. Training in my own style means that I also enjoy the ever evolving nature of my training from one week to the next. The demanding hours of my job can often be exhausting however my training has given me the discipline to take time out each day to clear my mind, give me clarity and build my energy. There is no grading or belt system, which allows me to work on myself and not in a competitive environment other than to observe how one training sessions has grown from the last. I am able to train daily by myself and whether my training session is light or hard I am challenged to think quickly and instinctively yet because I my training is individual it is also very creative and fun. I practised yoga and pilates on and off for years, joined gyms and ran in the mornings for months on end. However the high energy, discipline, strength and clear-headedness generated by this unique form of training exceeds anything that any of these others could offer me.
