THE INVISIBLE MASTER continuation......

It is entirely possible for someone to discover there invisible master by themselves without any instruction or guidance from someone else, however it is usually brought about by extreme physical or emotional hardship.

There are also people who happen to be naturally in tune with there invisible master, these people are often seen as freaks and can usually be found at the top of any scholastic or physical disciplines such as noble prize winning scientists or Olympic athletes.

It is worth noting that these people despite being in the top 1% of the population still needed to be taught and coached by others and it is only in later years when they find and recognise there own unique way of thinking and performing that they really start to excel.

One thing people tend to overlook these days is the importance of competition. Competition brings out your best, the reason being that you have to learn to dig deep in order to perform successfully in a competitive environment.

This competitive pressure forces change within us, we have to be able to perform at our peak both physically and mentally so we become more aware of our limitations and learn to take whatever steps are needed to address these shortcomings. Living and training with that type of mind set forces change, otherwise we wouldn't’t be able to remain competitive for very long.

Despite the above mentioned ways of finding your invisible master there is an alternative; Invisible Master kung fu uses the principle of synergistic training to tap into the source of where our invisible master lies. The benefits of this type of training are twofold; firstly the five elements that are involved, the mind, the muscle system, pressure, blood and the energy system are all linked and need to be trained cohesively.

Whilst most forms of physical activity utilise at least one of these systems, invisible master principle trains the body to not only maximise performance of each system, but more importantly combines all five to work as one.

A synergism occurs that enables each system to feed off and in turn be fed by the others. Apart from the obvious efficiency this type of training provides it is also responsible for the following >

FOCUSING THE MIND ON BODY MOVEMENT AND MOMENTUM
GENERATING AND STORING ENERGY
CIRCULATING AND OXYGENATING THE BLOOD
MINIMISING LACTIC ACID BUILD UP
IMPROVING VITALITY OF INTERNAL ORGANS
ENHANCING BODY AWARENESS AND SENSITIVITY
AND ENABLING US TO GAUGE PHYSICAL EFFORT

THE MUSCLE AND PRESSURE SYSTEMS THAT ARE TRAINED AT THE SAME TIME ARE DONE SO IN A BALLISTIC WAY, THAT IMPROVES PHYSICAL REACTION, MUSCULAR ELASTICITY AND INNER STRENGTH RESULTING IN THE ABILITY TO PRODUCE EXPLOSIVE POWER ON COMMAND.

As well as the above benefits and results obtained from this type of training it should also be said that the main reason for this way of training is to find your invisible master, this becomes possible as everything you do and feel physically is being driven by that very source.

So through your training you become aware of it, once this happens its not training anymore it becomes fun and you discover that you now have a command over your body a command over your movement so that you control the power and its direction.

This then leads you into your creative side where you are now able to make any technique fit into any situation and not have to rely on repetitive training and hope that you will remember what technique to use in a real situation.

This insight evolves through concentration, discipline, competitiveness against ourselves and our desires. We start to become more aware and sensitive toward knowing what we are about and what our wants are which can then be fueled into our desire and direction in life.

This is where a spiritual base starts to evolve and we set ourselves on a healthy path for the journey of life.

Ultimately you become a better person.   You start to become more deliberate in your actions, not just from having more self confidence but because now all your desires are good ones and you don’t feel guilty about pursuing them to there fullest.

The reason for these changes taking place in a blind state is because of the way in which they happen. They occur in a living way, a way that’s natural and so real that the person feels as though they have always been this way, this transformation can be seen as integrating and immersing itself into every cell in the body both physically and mentally.
